Fleurus Presse

Fleurus Presse is a focused provider of media content and high quality publications to millions of children aged 1-14. Its 12 leading children’s magazines include Abricot, Les P’tites Filles àla Vanille, Les P’tites Sorcières, Je lis déjà. In conjunction with the Fleurus transaction, OpenGate acquired Junior Hebdo which is also a leading publisher of children’s magazines. Together the combined entities will offer premium entertainment content through a variety of global mediums including internet, television, merchandising and distribution. In 2011 and 2012, two new publications were acquired and added to Fleurus; “Arts Magazine,” a leading publication catering to the fine art market and, one of France’s most relied upon consumer publications, “Réponse à Tout!”

Gabriel Ride Control Products – North America

Gabriel (Ride Control, LLC) operates in both the aftermarket and original equipment manufacturer (commercial, industrial and recreational vehicle) segments under the Gabriel® (U.S. & Canada) and GRC® (Mexico) brand names. The company originated the world’s first automotive shock absorber, “The Snubber,” in 1907, and continues today to be a leader in the engineering, design, development and production of shock absorbers in North America. Ride Control, LLC generates more than $210 million in sales and has over 1,400 employees in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The company maintains engineering, manufacturing, warehouse, sales and management offices throughout North America including Troy, Michigan; Chickasha, Oklahoma; Brentwood, Tennessee; and Queretaro, Mexico.

Nicole Farhi

Nicole Farhi was created in 1982 out of the collaboration of the designer herself and the French Connection Group, for which Miss Farhi was working as a designer in the 1970’s. The Brand developed quickly, introducing both a diffusion line and menswear in the 1980’s. The opening of the flagship store on Bond Street in London in the mid-1990’s, a New York store in 2000, a recently launched ecommerce platform as well as product circulation into tier one wholesale customers in the UK, France, Italy, the US, the Middle East, Japan, Korea, Indonesia and China. Over the years Nicole Farhi has established itself as a luxury fashion brand with a loyal global following.

Today Nicole Farhi enjoys continued success as a lifestyle brand built on its wide range of products including women’s wear, menswear, perfumes, home products and accessories. In addition to the Nicole Farhi proprietary locations, Nicole Farhi products can be found at upscale stores around the world including Selfridges, Harrod’s, Harvey Nichols, La Collezion Studio and Seibu.
