Mr. Khan is a Director at OpenGate Capital and is responsible for generating investment ideas, executing transactions and portfolio management. Mr. Khan has more than five years of private equity experience. He worked for TA Associates, a $16 billion growth equity and buyout firm. Mr. Khan was part of TA’s investment staff and worked out of TA’s Technology Group in Menlo Park. He was responsible for sourcing and executing investment opportunities.
Mr. Khan previously worked for Platinum Equity, a $3.5 billion turnaround and special situations firm. He worked out of Platinum’s Los Angeles and Paris offices and was responsible for generating investment ideas and executing transactions.
Mr. Khan graduated with his Bachelor’s of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from The George Washington University.
