Mr. Dreps is an Associate in the Global Business Development Group at OpenGate Capital. His responsibilities include deal origination and qualification, financial analysis, and due diligence on new acquisition opportunities and strategic add-on acquisitions in the TMT and Aerospace and Defense sectors in North America, South America, and Europe. Prior to OpenGate, Mr. Dreps worked in the technology industry where he developed and invested in a start-up company. Mr. Dreps earned his B.S. in Business Administration concentrating in the fields of Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Southern California.
